Plastic Tanks

PKG Equipment Inc.‘s custom fabricated plastic tanks are engineered to withstand corrosion, high temperatures and rugged shop use. In order to produce the best plastic tanks, our plastic fabricators use forming machines and butt welders. Plastic tanks fabricated using this equipment are much stronger and more durable than plastic tanks that are all hand welded. Our newest butt welder performs quality controlled welds according to DVS 2208-1 (German Welding Society guidelines) & produces documentation for individual weld parameters. It also butt welds 90 degree corners. Depending on the application, plastic tanks may be fabricated from homopolymer polypropylene, copolymer polypropylene, PVC, CPVC, PVDF or Teflon. Plastic tanks fabricated by PKG Equipment include storage tanks, chemical process tanks, rinse tanks, plating tanks, cone bottom tanks, push-pull tanks, continuous strip process tanks, recirculation tanks & pickling tanks.
