Lining/Coating Services

At PKG Equipment Inc., we offer premium quality coating and lining services for a wide range of applications, such as lining tanks and process vessels used in surface finishing and chemical processing applications. We also apply a variety of protective coatings to plating racks, material handling equipment, industrial facility floors and walls, as well as primary and secondary containment vessels.

Our experience with several different types of materials and coatings allows PKG to provide the proper lining or coating to suit your equipment requirements. Koroseal lining provides excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals which can’t be handled by rubber and can be bonded to steel or concrete substrates. It also has good electrical, sunlight, tear and abrasion resistance. As a licensed applicator of rapid cure, spray on industrial Rhino® linings, we can apply them to most substrates when impact, abrasion, corrosion, chemical or weather resistance is required. Titanium lining is used to line tanks needing protection from high corrosion and high temperatures. Lead may be used to line plastic or metal tanks for corrosion resistance especially in hot sulfuric acid applications and is not prone to pitting corrosion. We also offer plastisol coating for plating racks, exhaust hoods or conveyor fixtures.
