Rotationally Molded Polyethylene Tanks

PKG Equipment Inc. carries a full line of corrosion and chemical resistant tanks rotationally molded from XLPE and linear polyethylene. These tanks come in a variety of standard sizes and vertical, sloped bottom, cone bottom, double wall, and horizontal configurations. They can be customized with accessories such as fittings, flex connections, liquid level gauges, ladders, tank stands, manway covers for pressure relief, wind/seismic restraint systems, and more. Tanks for the storing of certain chemicals, in addition to potable water, may be certified to NSF/ANSI 61 Standards upon request. Depending on the chemical service, PE tanks can handle chemicals with temperatures up to 150° F. Common applications for the use of molded polyethylene tanks are found in water and wastewater treatment involving inorganic acids and bases, cleaning and purification processes, plating, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, and food processing. Molded polyethylene tanks, designed to optimize chemical compatibility, safety, and longevity, provide a cost effective solution when operating parameters do not warrant the use of a custom fabricated tank.
