Rhino Lining Services
PKG Equipment is a certified industrial applicator of Rhino Lining Services® spray on polyurethane linings. There are a variety of Rhino Lining Services® products, but PKG Equipment uses Hi-ChemTM and HardLine® to protect equipment and facilities against chemicals, corrosion, weathering, impact and abrasion. Both products adhere to wood, concrete, metals, fiberglass, and geo-textile surfaces, regardless of shape or size, whether new or already in service. Rhino Lining Services® are easily maintained due to the non-porous nature of the polyurethane, and they are environmentally friendly, containing no solvents, VOCs or CFCs.
HardLine® is a general purpose industrial lining with excellent impact and corrosion resistance. It also has good abrasion resistance and reduces noise from vibration and impact. Typical applications include cooling tower interiors, floors, ramps, and walls, storage tanks, secondary containment, and material handling equipment. In extremely abrasive environments, a “wear-indicator” can be applied under the lining so that HardLine® can be applied as a sacrificial layer over steel, and reapplied when needed, reducing equipment replacement costs and resulting downtime.
Hi-ChemTM is a durable protective lining with excellent corrosion and chemical resistance. This is the most rigid of the Rhino Lining Services® but still has some flexibility and is suitable for applications to surfaces subject to vibration, expansion, contraction, movement, flexing, chemical exposure, and corrosion. Typical applications include chemical processing equipment, clarifiers, frac tanks, primary and secondary containment, and settling tanks.
Rhino Lining Services® are highly versatile with proven applications spanning a variety of industries. If you would like more information on Rhino Lining Services®, please see the table below or contact PKG Equipment.
